Redeem your code
Learn how to redeem an access code on your account.
Before redeeming
The code will be applied to the account you are logged in with. If you use multiple accounts, first check your user name in the upper right, along with the code's expiration date and target service information.
Code Redemption
- Code Redemption.
- Enter the code you received without any spaces or omissions.
- Select Redeem once and wait for the result.
Check results
Once redemption is complete, the stated benefit is applied to your account. Check membership and credit benefits in your account, and check sheet music access in your library.
If you are told that the code has already been used or is invalid, check what you entered. If the issue continues, review the instructions from the code provider and use Contact us.
