Using groups

Using groups

This is a way to create an ensemble and manage members, parts, and shared scores.

Create a group

  1. In the Groups area of the library, selectCreate a group.
  2. Enter the group name, display color, and description.
  3. If necessary, enter an email address to invite and complete the creation.

Group features depend on your account's access. If you do not see the Create button, checkmembership for your current access.

Member Invitation

Users with group management permissions can invite members by email and approve or reject membership requests from the group management screen. You can forward the invitation link provided on the screen to people who have not yet signed up.

You can also choose whether to make the member list public in the group settings.

Sheet music and part management

You can add sheet music for the group to use together. If you have group management permission, you can add, rename, or delete sheet music and assign or unassign parts for each member.
