Custom order confirmation and payment
Check the items, status, payment, and receipt of the separately received custom quote.
Find your order
After signing in, go to your account's Orders and Receipts,Custom orders tab. The list shows the order title, order number, payment status, amount, and creation date.
Custom Orders only shows quotes that were discussed separately and issued to your account. For new work not shown in the list, use Contact us first to discuss your request.
Check quote
Open the order to check the total quotation, supply price and tax amount, and review the item name, specifications, quantity, unit price and notes in the quotation table. If the scope of work is different from what was agreed upon, please contact us before payment.
Payment and Receipt
- Check your payment method and terms on any open or retryable orders.
- Select the payment button showing the amount and complete authentication with the payment provider.
- On the completion screen, confirm that the status has changed to payment completed.
- If a receipt button is provided, view the receipt in a new window.
